RENTAL POLICIES
- Yard sign greeting rentals are for a 24 hour period. All Sunday rentals are picked up between 6:00 pm- 7:00 pm
- Payment is required at booking in order to confirm/ hold your reservation.
- Please do not remove/ move any signs, including our advertising sign.
- Please do not dispose of any signs.
- Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed and turn off sprinkler systems.
- All lawns should be watered in advance before the install takes place.
- If negligent damage occurs to any sign (dogs, moving, weed eaters, etc.) you will be invoiced for the cost of replacements.
- Yard Party Palooza is not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by placement of signs.
- Backyard sign greetings are available upon request only.
- Homeowner or any authorized agent over 18 must be present for all backyard sign greeting installs.
- Backyard sign greeting installs must have sufficient light, and no pets are allowed in the backyard during the install.
- Additional $40 fee for less than 24hr notice.
- Additional $50 fee for all holiday installs.
- Additional $20 fee for travel outside of Baton Rouge.
REFUND POLICY
- If you must cancel your booking, you may choose 1/2 of your booking (1/2 is a retainer fee to hold your date and 1/2 is booking fee) as a refund or you may credit the full amount toward a future booking.
- In the event inclement weather, acts of God, natural disasters we may not be able to set up the greeting. You will receive a full refund in this case.
- In the event that the front yard/backyard lawn is not watered, and the ground is too hard to install the yard sign greeting, you will not receive a refund due to labor and travel.
- Refunds will not be given: if we are given the incorrect address; the recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove the yard card signs preventing us from deliver or any circumstance that prevents us from delivering that are out of our control.
- A $40 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move and re- setup a greeting at the correct address. This also applies if we are unable to gain access to your property and must return at a later time/ day to install.
By booking with Yard Party Palooza you agree to all of the policies listed above.
